1. Non‑Custom Products

You may return non‑custom items within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

2. Custom Products

Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
We are not responsible for poor results caused by low‑quality images.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace or refund depending on the situation.

4. Cancellations

• Non‑custom orders may be cancelled before dispatch
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
