Customers often ask about shipping times and care instructions for our drinkware. For specific shipping estimates  on custom products, please refer to your order confirmation or contact us directly. For pre-made products please all a shipping time of 3 - 5 days for standard deliver. Our drinkware should be hand-washed only to preserve the sublimation.

What should customers know about returning or getting a refund for their custom items?

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@emscraftydelights.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve it. However, the product arrives damaged please get in touch and can work out an exchange or refund.

Could you explain how customers can send you their own images for custom products?

You can easily send us your images for custom products. Please ensure your images are high-resolution for the best print quality. We will contact you if there are any issues with your submitted images.

Can I see a proof of my custom design before it's made?

Yes, for custom image orders, we generally provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. This ensures you are completely satisfied with the design before it's printed. Please check your email for the proof.
